Hillary Clinton - soooo funny OMG!

While Bill was getting sucked off in the oval office (a fact they don't mention in the ad) Hillary was in a band with some actors trying to look like college kids. But then, like, at the end of the ad, there were all these words, and, like, I totally started laughing. She, is like, totally going to win!

Rudy Giuliani - Red sweater

With a name like Rudolf he could have done something really special for his Christmas ad. Instead of guiding Santa's sleigh with his nose he opts for a poorly executed joke with a bad red sweater.

Mike Huckabee - "Eyebrows"

When Mike Huckabee talks his eyebrows really PISS ME OFF! Up and down! Up and down! Quit moving your eyebrows you FREAK!

Mike Gravel - "Rock"

An ad like this motivates old folks across the nation stand up in their wheelchairs and shout "Stick it to 'em MIKE! Those pot-smoking whipper-snappers don't look so smug now!"

The part I wonder about is the creation process. The idea that a group of professionals sat around thinking of ideas and this was the best thing they could come up with.

Some of the other ideas that didn't make the cut were:

  • Mike Gravel trying to choke down a duckshit smoothie
  • Mike streaking through a car wash (in slow motion) wearing an adult diaper
  • Mike spinning on a meri-go-round (for 3 minutes) until he vomits
  • Mike debating the voices in his head while Wolf Blitzer tries to maintain civility and order
  • John McCain - Bomb Iran

I know this isn't an ad for John McCain but it's a great "real" moment with the psychopath. There are some valuable campaigning lessons to be gleaned from the clip. When discussing the nuclear obligation of millions of innocent Iranians it's always funny to sing the message to a catchy tune. Singing it has two effects, 1) It's very funny 2) It gives people something to remember whenever they hear the word Iran.
